Not at all. My son returned to law school at the age of 27 and is now an intellectual property attorney. Of course, attending law school is pretty pricey, so get your finances in order, and then prepare to study your butt off !

It’s never too late to go back to school.
It is never too late to pursue your dreams. Go for it. You might be surprised at what you learn and you can always incorporate your other training. Don’t ever let age stand in your way.
No, actually I’m worried that I might be too young at some of the schools I’m applying to….
For instance, I think the average age at Northwestern is 27 or 28. If you go to the law school’s website, they usually have a “student profile” section. Go check it out - it’ll make you feel better!

First. NO. You are not too old. In fact, having experience will work to your favor. This is because (1) law schools prefer students with experience and (2) it helps to be experienced in law school. The two are probably related

That said, don’t go to law school until you have identified exactly what you want out of law school. Then, when you apply to law schools, only go if you can get into a school that will enable you to do what it is that you want to do.
In other words, law school if very expensive so make sure that if you do go, it won’t be a wasted expense.
