They don’t really care, if you meet the academic requirement you will be able to get in. Each to their own so you can’t really have a fixed personalities.

Depends on the school–seeing as most require an interview, you’re going to want to be polite, and have a lot to put on that application: do some stuff with clubs, student government, intramurals/other sports activities, possibly go greek, and of course have good grades!

But before you consider just law school, consider a lawyer–a good lawyer would be friendly but assertive in the courtroom, dedicated, smart and quick thinking.

You need to be willing to work hard, and have good reading and writing skills. There are a lot of different types of attorneys, so there is room for a lot of different types of people in the law. If I look back at my classmates, they ranged from quiet and studious to outgoing and social. Sometimes people think you have to talk a lot in order to be a lawyer, but that is because what they know of lawyers is what they see on TV - courtroom litigators. That is only a very tiny percentage of lawyers, so it is not really representative of what you need to be like.
